At Bamba, we are committed to acting in the best interests of the funds we manage and our investors. We take conflicts of interest seriously and have policies in place to identify, manage, and mitigate them.
What is a conflict of interest?
A conflict of interest can arise when our interests, or those of our staff, could materially conflict with the interests of the funds we manage or our investors.
How we manage conflicts
We:
- Identify potential conflicts across our business operations
- Take steps to mitigate conflicts, such as segregation of duties and oversight by our Compliance team
- Disclose conflicts to investors when necessary
